Validity

This agreement is valid between Nordicsheep.co.uk and their costumer.

Confirmation of an order

When you have completed your order, you will receive a confirmation of your order by e-mail. This will likewise be sent together with your order unless it is a gift.

Delivery

Your order will be sent directly to the closest UPS parcel shop to your typed delivery address. We use UPS for our delivery. Therefore, you can easily follow your order with the tracking system UPS offers. Your order will be packed, and quality checked professionally by Nodicsheep.co.uk.

 

Terms of payment

We accept all major credit/debit cards for payment. You will always secure your payment by the placement of an order, but Nordicsheep.co.uk may not raise the amount before your order is shipped.

 

Delivery

Nordicsheep.com offers free delivery throughout the UK. Nordicsheep.com cannot be held responsible for potential delays because our shipment is made by a third-party. Nordicsheep.co.uk uses sub-suppliers to the shipment and when the order is given to the shipping company, is the only information that Nordicsheep.com has, is the information on the shipping companies website. The shipment number will be attached to your order when the package is sent, so you can see this information. 

All purchases made at Nordicsheep.com includes a shipment contract. Nordicsheep.co.uk is not responsible for delays, this is the receiver’s responsibility e.g. if the receiver cant receives the delivery, if the receiver has given us the wrong delivery information to Nordicsheep.co.uk or not to be able to or willing to work together with UPS. While the order is in the shipping companies’ hands, the shipping company is responsible for it.

 

Returns

You’re always welcome to return or exchange a product if it does not fit quite right. Please send us an e-mail if you would like to return and we will send you the return label. This will assure you the easiest and fasts return or exchange possible. Handing over your return order will happen at all UPS parcel shops in the UK.

Exchange: Free delivery. If a difference relating to the exchange, this will be refunded.

Refunding: Return shipment fee (£5) will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Right of return

Nordicsheep.com is safety marked, and always offers 30 days right of return.  

 

Right of complaint

Nordicsheep.co.uk grants two years right of complaint according to the Danish Sale of Goods Act if there are comprehensive manufacturing fault or defect in material, which happens in the regular use of the product.

The right of complaint does not cover mistakes and damages, which is directly or indirectly happens in connection with incorrect treatment, bad maintenance, violence, or unauthorized interventions. The right of complaint about mistakes or defections should be seen at the first inspection of the product, shall be notified to Nordicsheep.com within a response time. The goods cannot afterwards be returned to reparation and/or exchange.

 

Safety marked

Nordicsheep.co.uk are a safety marked webshop and you can therefore take advantage of the safety markets free casework. It is for your safety that we live up to the valid Danish law plus a list of special consumer protections.

 

Force Majeure

In a coincidence of war, natural disasters, working related disputes, a command from the government, failed delivery from the suppliers, extraordinary circumstances, Nordicsheep.co.uk will not influence how this affects the contact between Nordicsheep.com and their customers. Therefore, Nordicsheep.com will not be responsible for the abovementioned specified conditions.

Dispute

A purchase at Nordicsheep.co.uk is attached to the Danish legislation. All disputes with companies under Nordicsheep.co.uk, its employees, managers, or owners, individual or in groups shall be decided by a Danish court.

 

Exemption of liability

How a product from Nordicsheep.co.uk are used, is the consumer of the products responsibility and how it's maintained is the owner of the responsibility of the products. No company under Nordicsheep.co.uk, its employees, managers, or owners, individual or in groups can be held responsible for any accidents, damages, or anything else that something or someone has committed directly or indirectly on a product on Nordicsheep.co.uk.

If it fails to find a gratifying solution with us, you can, if the conditions for this is granted, write a complaint to the Consumer Complaints Board.
