1. Information
To be able to make a deal with us, we need the following information from you: Name, address, phone number and e-mail. We make the registration of your data to deliver the item to you.
When you submit your above-mentioned information, you accept that we can contact you on mail or phone, regarding the information about the order.
When our website will collect data, you would always have to give your permission and be informed about what data there have been collected and why.
All data will be handled referring to the Danish Data Protection Act.
2. Storage
The personal information is registered at Nodicsheep.com and will be stored for five years, counting from the accruing financial year. After five years the information will be deleted.
The data is stored according to the Danish act on bookkeeping paragraph 10.
Your data are stored safely and confidentially on a computer with limited access to control facilities. Our safety measures are controlled daily to make sure that our user data is taken care of responsibly. We cannot guarantee 100% security with data transfer by the internet. This means that there is a small change that another person can hack access to the information when it transfers and be stored electronically. Therefore, you give your personal information on your responsibility.
The fast development of the internet means that a change in our way of collecting personal data can be necessary. We expect us to have the right to update and change the treatment of personal data. If we do this, we will change the date for “last updated” at the bottom of the page. In case of major changes, we will notify you as a message on our website.
We do not store our customer information encrypted. We do not transmit the customer information encrypted.

4. Third-Party
Data given to Nordicsheep.com will not be passed on or sold to a third party. This will only happen in connection with a restructuring or a full or half sale of the company. The passing of data in such a situation will occur by the personal data law in this area.
We do not register personal sensitive information.
5. Review site
We use Trustpilot as a tool for gathering reviews about your overall experience on the website. We, therefore, give the data, which is necessary for Trustpilot, to handle it for us. Trustpilot must not use data for another purpose than to collect reviews of your experience on Nordicsheep.com
6. Objection & Insight
As a registered at Nordicsheep.com you will have the right to object. You also have the right to know what information there have been collected from you. If the data are wrong, you have the right to demand it changed, deleted, or blocked. These rights you have in proportion to the Personal Data Law. 7. Complaint
If you want to complain about your purchase, you should make an application to Daniel Skovbakke, read: The systems manager.
If it fails to find a solution, you can send a compliment to the relevant tribunal on the area, if the conditions are filled.
You can complain about the handling of information and data about you. The complaint will be given to the Danish Data Protection Agency cf. the Danish Data Protection Act §58
8. Dispute
Each dispute between this company and the customer will be decided under Danish legislation.
9. ODR
On the 1st of February 2016, the European companies and the consumers will get a new digital platform named ODR. ODR should make the user complaints about goods and services inside of the EU more straightforward to handle.
ODR stands for Online Dispute Resolution
For the consumers, this means that they can complain directly at the European company where they made the purchase.
The purpose of the ODR-platform is to bind lots of complaint boards together. Consumer and company can be in direct contact with each other.
For instance, a danish consumer can write his complaint directly to the Italian company he bought from. The complaint will be machine-translated by EU’s translation software to Italian and the company will receive the complaint in their native language.

You can visit our website without giving any personal information. Your personal information will only be collected if you freely disclose them under your visit to our website or internet profile.
