How do I maintain and clean my sheepskin?
If you use your sheepskin a lot, it may become flat or tangled. Use our sheepskin brush and it will be as good as new.
If there is a stain on it, it can be washed gently. Read more in this care guide.
How is the return policy?
You can return products for a refund within 30 days of purchase. You just have to send us an email and ask for the return label.
Our return center is located in Denmark and we process exchanges and returns on a daily basis. Depending on where you sent your return package from, it can take up to 7-14 days for it to reach us, and an additional couple of working days for your parcel to be processed.
Please allow 2-3 working days after we have received your package for your return to be processed, and up to 30 days for your bank to transfer the refund to your account.
