Validity
This agreement is valid between Nordicsheep.co.uk and its customers.

Order Confirmation
Once you have completed your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. 

Delivery Time
Expected delivery time is 5-7 working days. Your order will be sent directly to your provided delivery address and will be packed and quality-checked professionally by Nordicsheep.co.uk.

Payment Terms
Payment can be made with all major credit cards. In principle, your payment will be secured when placing your order, and Nordicsheep.co.uk will not charge the amount until your order has been packed and dispatched. All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT.

Shipping
Nordicsheep.co.uk offers free shipping for orders over £99. Nordicsheep.co.uk cannot be held responsible for any shipping delays, as all shipments are handled by a third party. Nordicsheep.co.uk uses subcontractors for shipping, and once the order is handed over to the shipping company, the only information Nordicsheep.co.uk has is what is available on the shipping company's website. The tracking number to access this information will be linked to your order once the package is sent. All purchases made from Nordicsheep.co.uk include a shipping contract. Nordicsheep.co.uk is not responsible for delays caused by the recipient, such as the inability to receive the delivery, providing incorrect delivery details, or failing to cooperate with the shipping company. While the order is in the hands of the shipping company, they are responsible for it.

Returns
Please use our return & exchange portal https://www.returnflows.com/nordicsheep-co-uk or send us an email to ask for the return label if you want to return items to us. £7 will be deducted from the refunded amount. 

Refunds: If you choose a refund, a return shipping fee of £7 will be deducted from your refunded amount.

Exchanges: If you wish to exchange your item for another product, return shipping is free.

Gift Cards: If you prefer to receive your refund as a gift card, return shipping is also free of charge.

Return Policy
Nordicsheep.co.uk is Tryghedsmærket, and always offers a 30-day return policy. The 30 days start the moment you have received your order.

Warranty
Nordicsheep.co.uk provides a 2-year warranty in accordance with Danish law, covering manufacturing and material defects found under normal usage.  

The warranty does not cover defects, damage, or wear resulting from improper use, poor maintenance, or unauthorised alterations. Complaints about defects that should be discovered through regular inspection must be reported to Nordicsheep.co.uk within a reasonable time. The product can then be returned for repair or exchange.

Tryghedsmærket
Nordicsheep.co.uk is a Tryghedsmærket webshop, meaning you can use Tryghedsmærket's free case handling service. This ensures we comply with Danish law and adhere to additional consumer protection requirements.

Force Majeure
In the event of war, natural disasters, industrial disputes, government mandates, supplier issues, or extraordinary circumstances beyond Nordicsheep.co.uk's control that affect the contract between Nordicsheep.co.uk and the customer, Nordicsheep.co.uk will not be held responsible for fulfilling the terms outlined above.

Dispute
Purchases made with Nordicsheep.co.uk are governed by Danish law. All disputes involving companies under Nordicsheep.co.uk, their employees, managers, or owners, whether individually or collectively, must be resolved by a Danish court.
